I have held leadership roles in global companies, innovative scale-ups and large corporate groups, consistently operating with a strong focus on execution, revenue ownership and scalability.

Locker Italia — Chief Marketing Officer

2024 – Present

Locker Italia is a joint venture between Poste Italiane and DHL eCommerce, focused on building and scaling a nationwide out-of-home locker network for e-commerce logistics in Italy.

In my role, I contribute to the definition and execution of growth, acquisition and go-to-market strategies, operating within a highly complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem where marketing, sales and operations are tightly interconnected.

This role is performed as part of a senior executive assignment within Poste Italiane Group.

Poste Italiane — Senior Leadership Roles

2020 – Present

Executive leadership experience within one of the largest industrial groups in Italy, operating across logistics, digital services and e-commerce platforms.

The role involved managing large-scale initiatives at national level, interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and balancing governance, execution and growth objectives in a highly structured corporate environment.

Milkman / MLK Deliveries — Chief Revenue Officer

2017 – 2020

Direct responsibility for commercial strategy and revenue growth within one of the pioneering digital delivery platforms in Italy, specializing in out-of-home and B2B last-mile solutions.

The role included the design of the go-to-market model, development of strategic partnerships, and the scaling of the commercial organization during a phase of rapid growth and transformation.

Groupon — Sales Director / Regional Vice President

2012 – 2017

Senior commercial leadership role within a global digital marketplace, with direct responsibility for regional revenue performance and large sales organizations.

This experience represented a key phase of managerial and leadership growth, strengthening expertise in performance management, large-scale sales execution and international organizational structures.
